Designing a new home is a significant investment, both financially and emotionally. It brings a sense of excitement and possibility, but also requires a large number of decisions to be made with clarity and confidence.

My role is to ensure your home is resolved with care from the outset. Bringing together interior design and environmental alignment, I work with you to refine the layout, function, and key details of your home before construction begins. Environmental principles, including Feng Shui, are integrated within this process as a guiding framework, informing how the home is oriented, how spaces are arranged, and how essential elements are positioned.

Architectural plans are reviewed and adjusted where needed, with particular attention given to areas that have the greatest impact on daily living, including kitchens, bathrooms, and circulation throughout the home. Consideration is also given to how the home sits within its site, ensuring it is both practical in its design and grounded in its placement.

The result is a home that is clear in its planning, considered in its detail, and supportive in how it is lived in over time.

For new builds, involvement at the planning stage allows for the greatest level of precision and ease throughout the construction process.
